Are they compatible with Sol-Ark inverters?
Yes and they support full closed-lopp communications with Sol-Ark inverters.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes, if you'd like to save the shipping cost then you can pick up locally.
If my inverter doesn't communicate, can I still use this battery?
Yes, you will need to manually set the appropriate settings within the inverter manually. And run these batteries in an open-loop, voltage control based configuration.
What is the warranty policy?
The batteries have a 7 year manufacturer warranty. If you are having issues with the battery we are here to help. In the rare case of a warranty claim we will ship you a new battery and deal with the claim with SOK. The 7-year warranty covers anything that fails or doesn't stand up to the manufacturers' specs, and includes both the cells inside and the BMS.
