Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order, to return an item and request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it; unused and undamaged.
  • in its original resellable packaging.
  • all hardware and instruction manuals must be included.

We do not accept the following items as returns:

  • Made-to-Order Products; Battery and Inverter Cables, ROLEF Bug Screens.
  • Interior Upholstery Products; Marathon Tweed & Marathon Tweed Plus Fabric, Landau Foam, and 3M90 Adhesive Spray. 

You are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of the return shipping. In addition, all returns are subject to an $80 restocking fee per item. The restocking fee covers our original processing and shipping costs for your order.

Once you’ve shipped your return, please send us an email to support@curiouscampervans.com with your Order # and tracking information.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method, minus the $80 restocking fee. Please note that it can often take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please check that your item meets the criteria for a return, and follow the return instructions above. You can then place a new order.

Received the Wrong Item

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us so we can make it right!

Curious Shipping Protection

Curious Campervans now offers our own in-house shipping protection: Curious Shipping Protection.

By selecting Curious Shipping Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft, as long as the issue is reported within the required claim timeframe. If your order does not arrive, is damaged in transit, or is stolen after delivery, you can contact Curious Campervans and we will help resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or reimbursement where applicable.

Please note that Curious Shipping Protection must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added to an order after the fact.

If Curious Shipping Protection is not purchased at checkout, Curious Campervans is not responsible for providing a refund, replacement, or reimbursement for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they leave our facility.

Manufacturer Defects and Warranties

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item you received is defective or appears to have been damaged in the manufacturing process. We will contact the appropriate supplier to resolve the issue.
