Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Thursday. 
  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. 
  • Some orders may take a little longer to package and process. 
  • Some orders require additional lead-time; this information will be posted on the product page. Ie. supplier lead-time, or made-to-order items. 
  • If your order contains an item that is a ‘pre-order’, it may not ship right away; your order may be automatically split into multiple shipments. 

Estimated Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (Western Canada): 2-5 business days
  • Domestic Shipping (Eastern Canada): 7-10 business days
  • International Shipping (USA): 7-10 business days

Please note that estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. International shipments may be delayed at the border. 

Additional Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. 
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. 
  • Some orders can be expedited; additional shipping costs apply. Contact us for more information. Please Note: dangerous goods (lithium batteries) cannot be expedited. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping information. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping information when placing an order.
  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with re-shipping the order.

Shipping Costs 

  • Free shipping on most orders over $250 🇨🇦 🇺🇸
  • Additional shipping costs apply to certain items; posted on the product page.
  • Please note that an additional fee of $150 will be applied per order for shipping to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Yukon (YK), and Northwest Territories (NWT). We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates; however, due to the unique challenges of delivering to these regions, our shipping costs may vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge additional fees if the actual shipping costs exceed our initial estimate. Rest assured, we are committed to transparency and will communicate any adjustments to you promptly. Thank you for your understanding.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

By checking out with any International Shipping options, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Import duties and taxes to the USA are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Curious Campervans is, in no way, responsible for these costs.
2. Buyer agrees to pay duties and all import fees associated with the shipment.
3. If the Buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically duties and/or taxes, Curious Campervans shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfillment cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by Curious Campervans. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer. 
4. On rare occasions, the post office may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation, the Buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.
5. The Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions by placing an order with the International Shipping Option on https://curiouscampervans.com/.

Onward Package Protection

Curious Campervans is proud to partner with Onward, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Onward Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft as long as claims are made within their specified timeframes. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Onward and receive a replacement or be reimbursed. For more information about what Onward Protection covers, click here.

Please note that if Onward Protection is not purchased upon checkout, it cannot be added to your order after the fact. If your order is not protected by Onward and your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, Curious Campervans is not responsible for a refund or a replacement.

Tracking Shipments 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. (Please check your spam folder if you think you have not received this email).

Pickup Orders

  • You are welcome to pickup any order from our shop; pickup is available Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, though we do appreciate a heads up!
  • Please note that we do not stock some items at our shop; additional lead-time is required for some items before local pickup is available. 
  • Some products are “LOCAL PICKUP ONLY”; this information will be posted on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.
