Designed to match the contour of the factory roof, the adapter allows standard 14" x 14" RV vent fans to be mounted correctly while maintaining a professional, watertight installation.

Optional Interior Framing Strips

Available framing strips provide additional structural support between factory roof beams. These expanded PVC supports:

• Help reduce vent movement and vibration

• Provide backing for interior trim screws

• Offer greater flexibility and moisture resistance than wood

• Are recommended when roof beam spacing exceeds 18"

Installation Overview

• Cut a 14" x 14" roof opening, avoiding factory roof supports.

• Bond the adapter to the roof using a high-quality adhesive such as Sikaflex® 221.

• Install optional interior framing strips if additional support is required.

• Mount the vent fan using butyl tape and appropriate fasteners.

• Finish with a compatible self-leveling roof sealant for a weatherproof installation.

Note: Longer mounting screws may be required depending on the vent model being installed.
