Do I need the handbrake-lowering kit?
The lowering kit is for a mechanical handbrake lever that would otherwise get in the way of the driver’s seat as it swivels. If your Transit uses an electronic parking brake, you don’t need this mechanical handbrake-lowering kit. If you’re unsure which option to choose, send us a photo of your handbrake and seat base.

NOTE: These swivels are not engineered to be rotated while someone is sitting on the seat. This could cause damage to the swivel and will result in a metal abrasion sound.
