What should I send before booking installation?

Send your van’s year, make, model and fuel type, along with photos of the planned heater location, existing wiring and fuel connection. This helps us confirm the installation plan and any additional parts required.

What is the warranty policy?
The Espar warranty is a limited parts warranty for 2 years or 2000 hours, covering heater malfunctions and repairs within this time. We can usually diagnose issues from the Easystart Pro codes, helping you prepare before sending the heater for repair. Many new heater issues stem from installation, not the unit itself, so sharing codes and installation photos can help us quickly identify the problem.
