The Color Control (CCGX) is a comprehensive system for overseeing and managing all Victron electrical components with precision.
A multitude of Victron products can be seamlessly connected to the Color Control, including Converters, Multi, Quattro, MPPT solar chargers, BMV battery controllers, Lynx Ion + Shunt, and more, forming a centralized control hub.
The CCGX extends its capabilities beyond local monitoring, enabling remote control and data transmission to the VRM online portal. Whether on the internet or local network, users can remotely monitor and control devices, mimicking an in-person experience.
Further enhancing adaptability, the CCGX features a customizable start/stop system. Leveraging parameters like state of charge, voltage, and load, it establishes rules for quiet periods and conducts optional monthly tests.
The device ensures data integrity by sending information to the VRM portal when connected to the internet. In the absence of an internet connection, the CCGX autonomously backs up data internally for 48 hours.
Connectivity options abound, as the CCGX accommodates both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections. For Wi-Fi, a USB-Wi-Fi accessory is required. While lacking an internal mobile modem, users can utilize standard 3G or GPRS routers for connectivity.
Automatic updates are a standout feature, as the CCGX seamlessly integrates new software versions via its internet connection, ensuring the system stays current effortlessly.
